I was stranded at the gate for 20 min, as the staff were not answering the provided bell, nor phone calls, as I could hear the phone ringing inside. I eventually hooted and the gate was opened. The lady that opened, had her belt loose and clearly was 85% asleep. Other than that... A great stay
