CAThe hosts were extremely helpful and addressed quickly any concerns I had. The first room did not have a ceiling fan and when the room next door vacated I asked to move there because of the fan. It was no problem whatsoever.

INBooking.com had earlier posted review for another hotel here! Correcting: Hotel Casa Luna in Palenque was a decent hotel. It was not near centre, it WAS IN THE CENTRE. The central park was 10 m away, so this hotel is AT the centre of city of Palenque. The room was clean & they had kept a whole refrigerator with water bottles for anyone to use, in the basement. The staff was kind and helpful. The lady walked half a block to show me where to turn etc when I went out. They cleaned the room well, seeking my permission as I had told them so.
The room was not small, but its design was such that I did not get a very large space to use. They did not have a kitchen. They did not accept payment by card!
USITOk for a short stay, but my room was underfloor so no window and very humid.
They didn’t have an hairdryer, the walls and doors where a bit ruined and very old.
