FRL’emplacement est super Amine est super sympa et cherche des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés. Le prix est correct il y a 2 grandes piscines et 2 petites.
La literie , horrible , lit qui grince, matelas dur comme de la pierre. Pas d’IPTV contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur l’annonce Piscine fermée de 13h à 15h et à partir de 19h jusqu’à 10h du matin. On a dû réclamer les transat ils n’étaient pas dispo directement Il pourrait y avoir à minima du savon main et du pq ai dis que du produit wc, quitte a augmenter le prix un peu. J’ai indiqué les problème rencontrés, on m’a indiqué qu’on allait cherché une solution immédiatement bottaient pour l’iptv et le lit qui grince, je n’ai eu aucun retour .
MAUn accueil exceptionnel et une communication parfaite dès l’arrivée. Le check-in s’est déroulé sans aucun problème et le logement était impeccable, propre, confortable et parfaitement équipé. Tout est pensé pour le confort des voyageurs. Azure Privilige est très professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre aux besoins. INParking in the basement.
Corridors had no light. Basement had motion sensor bulbs which would go on and off as per its own whim and fancies. AC water was dripping into the room. It does not appear to be a new apartment. Please change the description. Difficult to locate the apartment unless the host is available near the location. It has only 1 bath with shower and 1 powder room. Not clear in the description.
