Very classy and luxurious. Very large room, tasty breakfast on a lovely patio. I was also pleasantly surprised to have a nice balcony off my room

They had fresh fruits and fresh vegetables! The place was so amazing and pleasant! The towels, l think they can do better

部屋が広く、お湯も出た。中心地から比較的近かった。安全であった。

料金を前払い、かつ現金で予約時の1.5倍で払わされた。証拠となる予約の紙を返してもらえず、領収書も頼まないと書いてもらえなかった。 地図上の地点からホテルが5キロほど離れていたこと。 洗濯を忘れたり、濡れたまま返したりすることが多かった。取り違えも多かった。 掃除が部分的にしかされてなかった。ゴミが三日捨てられていなかった。腕時計がなくなった。 壁が薄いので性行為の音や映画の音が夜にうるさかった。 不満を伝えると言い訳ばかり聞かされ、改善されなかった。 否定的なコメントには嘘つき呼ばわりし、不誠実だった。

I was asked to sleep on a 1×60m bed with my wife and infant, or I move away. I had to stay because it was already late in the evening. The name on booking is different from the name the manager shared with me. I didn't pay through booking. I was asked to pay cash, without receipt. I did sleep that whole night.

There is everything you want and the place is comfortable

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Everything went smoothly during my visit, and I appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it to others looking for a good place to stay.
