ROROThe property was exactly like the pictures. Very clean, the owner lives next to the property so he is always there to help, you can rent a scooter, 10-15 min form Ubud, near to Tegallalang. A very quiet place, good breakfast.
Nothing bad to say. The only thing is that the hot water ran out after a certain time but that didn’t bother us because it was hot outside anyway.

BGWe liked the property, which was very clean and in a very quiet location , the owners who live nearby were very nice and helpful, the breakfast was great. You can rent a motorbike at the property as well or use a driver to get to any place around.
FRWe will remember of our stay at Villa Anya as it was perfect. From the welcoming, to the details of service as in a hotel (delicious homemade breakfast, cleaning service). This is more than just a stay, the family is taking care of everything and are happy to share with you the information and Ubud’s way of life. The villa is well conceived, kitchen and saloon are open to the nature and by the other side you have the bedroom closed. A place so restful and near of the center of Ubud (10minutes with a scooter that you can rent to the villa directly). One more thing to say: thank you again for everything it was a perfect stay ✨

USI loved the layout and modern look of the property. Very aesthetically pleasing. It was throughly clean and the family/staff was so accommodating and helpful.
INThe villa itself is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained—truly feels like a 5-star property. The hosts were wonderful, always checking in, and even provided us with a pan for cooking. Kadek and the family made us feel at home, serving delicious, homestyle breakfasts. Their hospitality was top-notch, and we appreciated every bit of their kindness.
Unfortunately, our stay was heavily impacted by an overwhelming number of lizards and geckos. Large lizards (nearly half a meter) hovered near the entrance, while geckos of all sizes were scattered around the pool, bathrooms, dining area, and hallways. It became challenging to relax in the villa as there were often 3-4 lizards around the pool and even one near the bathtub, making us feel constantly on edge. We ended up spending most of our time locked in the room or out on tour, avoiding common areas due to the constant sightings. For anyone who is very afraid of lizards, this may not be a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the villa is in a very secluded area, with no option for GRAB or GOJEK pickup, which may not feel ideal for solo travelers. It’s disappointing that we couldn’t fully enjoy the stunning amenities like the private pool or bath due to the lizards. Everything else about the stay was lovely, but the lizards made it difficult for us to fully relax and enjoy this beautiful property. This review might not resonate with everyone, but for those with a fear of lizards, this is something to consider.
