Room was clean and cleanliness maintained throughout. Shared facilities were lovely. Location is great, everything is close by like shops, pharmacies, laundry (especially Lavendaria Fairy Laundry around the corner for great rates and turn around). The room was smaller than advertised, but functional.

We found most staff difficult and offstandish. For example, our room was meant to have a hairdryer, but it didn't. We flagged this at reception, who dismissed us and insisted it wasn't the case. When we showed him the website confirming this, he disregarded it and said we were still wrong. A minor thing, but we experienced similar situations with staff throughout. We also didn't find the food great. We opted for breakfast included, but this was of very poor quality and with limited options. Would strongly advise against this, particularly with such great places around the area. While having a shop and other facilities on site was useful, prices were extremely overpriced. It felt a bit like a tourist scam, and left a bitter taste when making last minute water or snack purchases.
