The property had everything!!! From the location to the scenic views. With every room beautifully presented this is one of the best stays we have had. Definitely would love to return to this idyllic hideaway.

Loved the house. Very well presented and lovely location. Great for a large group. Large kitchen and plenty of space for sitting together and talking. Nice log burner to get cosy around. Every bedroom was huge and very nicely decorated. Beds were all new and very comfortable. It was a cold weekend but the house was lovely and warm with plenty of hot water. Lots of parking space and plenty of room for our dogs too run around. We even tried wild swimming at the local lake. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time. Would highly recommend

The following is a small gripe. It was great to have a hot tub but it took all day of constant monitoring of the fire to get it up to temperature. We only managed due to the weather keeping us based at the house. Nice idea but not practical. We tried the artic cabin as well but the fuel supplied was really hard to light and filled the cabin with smoke. Suggest use BBQ brickets might be a better idea for heat and less smoke.

Everything!! it is the most beautiful house that is just so well equipped, it has everything you need and more. Frances catered for everyone. You are made it feel so welcome. Quick tip- listen to Frances when she sends you the Information and follow what3words not satnav!! Can’t fault our stay at all apart from it being too short! We are already planning our return ☺️

"Absolutely fantastic stay in the middle of beautiful countryside."

The place was amazing. The photos didn't do it justice. 5 en-suite bedrooms and an amazing kitchen stocked full of all equipment you could need. Loved the little log cabin. The unspoiled views were fantastic. We'd love to stay here again. Plenty of parking. Large garden, secure for dogs. Underfloor heating. Hot tub. Very helpful hosts.

Roads are quite narrow leading there, which is obviously owing to the remoteness and the charm, but perhaps nervous drivers need to ensure they arrive during daylight.
