This is certainly NOT a Superior property as advertised. Main elevator out of service - 80(?)steps up to reach main entrance. Living room lighting very poor, not even over the table. Table wobbly and dirty. (Top surface very rough and not able to be wiped clean.) No lighting for sofa bed until asked for.* Not possible to sit and read due to v. bad lighting. (OK in bedroom though) No lighting over sink. Saucepans dirty. Not even a kettle or coffee filter available until asked for.*Main bedroom floor filthy around windows. Broken light in false window on left *and peeling paint due to water ingress. Bathroom v. poor. Taps filthy, Broken towel rail *and toilet paper holder* and basin waste. Shower much too small and curtain not able to stop water from splashing out on to floor. Floors dangerously slippery when wet. No hooks to hang large towels anywhere*. Outside:- Steps to beach gate steep and with no handrail. Dangerous. View to beach from terrace blocked by overgrown cactus.* Nowhere to lie out in the sun. Electrical fittings minimal and awkward and very difficult to charge telephones, i-pads and hearing aids. Two beds subsequently provided by Martina but too big for terrace. Bus stop much further than distance given. these * items were addressed during our stay but we should not have had to ask. It was mile to the harbour - not 400m as advertised. Raphael did kindly take us into Sorrento one day as a gesture of good will and we thanked him. Property largely overpriced and NOT worth the money we paid. Quoted facilities eg, no shop on site. Restaurants and bars not available until harbour area of Maesso Lubrense.

Very good location, it was very accesible to reach Sorrento,Naples and the Amalfi Coast by car. 2 minutes walk from the beach. Very quite and calm apartament.

We had a side sea view apartament, the lift in the building wasn’t working. As we had a lot of stuff, we had to bring it down and up by stairs. The shower is very small, the terrace was very dirty when we arrived. We felt a lack of cupboards, as we were 4, we could not fit in one cupboard all our clothes.

The property was perfectly located right on the sea front, which we realised on arrival to the area that this was actually quite uncommon. The place comfortably accommodated 3 people across 2 beds (one very comfortable sofa bed) and there was a large deck area with sun beds to lay out on next to the water. The star of the show though was our host Raffaele who went above and beyond, even taking us to and picking us up from the local beach club when the taxi quote was extremely high. He also asked our suggestions if we needed anything additional during our stay, and brought us bottled water as well.

If anything, it could have been a more thoroughly cleaned, but the property is of a rustic style and you couldn’t expect a whole lot more.

too far from Sorrento town. Taxi 15 mins but difficult and expensive to get taxi back and forth and the bed much too hard to sleep

We absolutely loved the location, the million $ VIEW and Raffaele was so accommodating. Sitting on the top terrace enjoying a morning coffee with a view of Capri was amazing! Being right at the beach with multiple area to swim in the Bay of Naples was perfect! The stroll along the water’s edge to the harbour, as the waves crashed against the shoreline, was so romantic 💕. The restaurants near the harbour were also exceptional. Shout out to Anjelo’s - the NICEST family and great food. A quick bus ride to both the town of Massa Lubrense and Sorrento were perfect for shopping 🛍. The harbour had boats going directly to Capri, Positano, and Amalfi. We will definitely be back!

I wish there had been a small table and chairs indoors for eating.
