The host was kind enough to give us direction in a message before arriving on the property so was easy to get there and to enter in the property with a code. We did not had to wait for anyone to open us. Also the host cleaned the place and let us get there before the time they have stipulated on terms and conditions.

The host lets you know that the neighbors are quite picky and can complain about the noise but no issue with us, we did not come for a party so was fine.
