"Loved it. Stay a few days if you can!"

Comfortable beds, cozy place. The owner and chef was amazing. So helpful and friendly. Had a few good chats. Got great advice on where to go. He cooked us a fab brekkie. Overall he made a HUGE effort, which is very rare these days. Sad we didn’t stay longer 😢

"Great place Outstanding host what more can I say"

Fresh clean and close to centre of town. Our Host was amazing he made us feel welcome from the minute we arrived provided information on what to see where to eat and where to avoid. Then we woke to an amazing home cooked breakfast with all the trimmings. Such amazing value for money.

"Fantastic breakfast and wonderful host"

Jim was a great host and gave us tips on what to do and where to go. The room was comfortable, clean and warm. Although it’s such a central location, the car was super safe outside and it was quiet, too. We hope to come back some time as we really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was excellent! Thank you!

The owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about his city. He gave us many suggestions which were invaluable to us.

Room 2 was hot as a result of the boiler for the property being located in a cupboard in the room.

Sauberes Zimmer mit eigenem, externen, Bad. Haus in ruhiger, zentrumnaher Lage, ca. 10 Minuten ins Stadtzentrum. Gutes, reichhaltiges, Frühstück. Jim ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Unglaublich freundlich und um das Wohl seiner Gäste besorgt. Gibt super Tipps zur Gastronomie in Derry und zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

"Walkable to everything with a great host!"

Jim was a terrific host. Very friendly and helpful with great recommendations for our stay in Derry. Our room was on the small side, but the beds are comfy and has a great shower. Very walkable location to everything.

Rooms are a bit small and the breakfast room was pretty stuffy.
