The welcome we got when arrived, the cleanliness of the place was excellent, I booked at late notice. The breakfast was exceptional. Will definitely recommend to everyone

This place was amazing, breakfast was no trouble no matter what you wanted. Was flexible on breakfast times which was a bonus for 1 morning we needed get going early and then next wanted a lie in. Great location to bars. Also the main guy was great with knowing all the history and best places to go. Lovely room ,warm,clean and wel maintained. No issues at all.

Only issue was in room 1 the water pump kept going off but think it was when someone ran the hot water . But didnt ruin the stay at all.

Jim was the perfect host. He faciliated our late check-in and the room was very clean and comfortable. Jim was very helpful with recommendations for where to go and we got a fantastic breakfast. Many thanks!

Lovely little b&b 10 minutes walking from the city center of Derry. Small room and small toilet but super clean and with all the confort. The host Jim is the best part of the stay: friendly, open to share tips about where to go and the history of the city to make your stay even better. Breakfast was with a lot of option and Jim cooked from scratch the proper irish breakfast for us . I cannot recommend this place enough. If I will come back to Derry there is no other place that I would rather stay!
