Comfortable room with nice furnishings. Easy walk to town centre.

Photographs were deceptive with generic views of Queenstown but the unit was dark, located in the basement and entered via a courtyard.

Clean, quiet and comfortable apartment. Everything felt well maintained, and overall it was a pleasant place to stay.

The apartment is on a noticeable uphill, so it is worth keeping in mind if you plan to walk to and from town.

El lugar se publicita con cocina, cuando lo que te tiene es un armario muy pequeño con un microondas, caldera eléctrica, frigobar muy pequeño, tostadora, platos y cubiertos. Ni siquiera tenia pileta para lavar utensilios, se debían lavar en el baño. La ducha del baño tiene cortinas que no llegan al piso, se moja todo cada vez que uno se baña, no tiene ningún implemento para secar, ni ventana, por lo que queda siempre mojado.

The location & dedicated car parking

The access to the room & the room had no scenic views. It was poorly lit & cramped from the outside.

The bed was really big (2 singles pushed together). The shower was spacious and water flow and pressure was great. There was a car spot. The views of the mountain were nice. The heater and dryer worked really well.

Signage could be clearer for 11B as there were signs for the other apartments but not 11B. Bit of a walk to the town centre but quite scenic

Good price, sufficiently equipped, spacious enough, efficiently laid out. A manned reception is good, and can recommend places to go/things to see. Nice to have a parking space outside the apartment. Small but adequate kitchenette. It seemed very safe. Botanical gardens with Aviary are next door. Walking distance from Baldwin street- supposedly the steepest street in the world.

It’s by a road and a junction on a hill. Occasional noise from load cars /Lorrie’s can be heard. But the bedroom in our apartment was at the back, so no problem sleeping. For us it was a bit far from Dunedin centre. It could be walked, but Dunedin is a huge place.
