"The place was clean, staff was friendly and accomodative of all my guests and queries. I just wish they had heaters/"

I liked the privacy of having the whole apartment to myself, the booking and check-in processes were seamlessly easy.

They do not have additional facilities to accommodate the changes in weather, so I was booked during a heat wave and they could not provide a fan for comfort and I spent most my stay sweating and unable to sleep comfortably.

No ironing board, or extra pillows like the other apartments in the same building, Netflix on TV was down
