La proximité avec la piscine et le fait qu’elle soit incluse dans le prix de la chambre. L’appartement spacieux et la vue sur les montagnes.

Le rideaux trop légers qui font passer la lumière. La climatisation seulement présente dans le séjour (trop chaud dans la chambre).
