NZThe whole experience was great, stayed here before and loved it, its great to just disconnect, enjoy the views, enjoy the tubs and soak it all in.
Peacocks can be loud
NZBeautifully designed interior, treat in the fridge which was gratefully welcomed after a long drive. Friendly host, super clean. Comfy bed, we will be back.
Wifi didn’t work but I believe this was a temporary issue that will be fixed for the next guest.
FRWe rarely see such a clean and well-thought-out place. Thank you for the little treats you left for us. We had a wonderful weekend celebrating my partner’s birthday — so peaceful and unique. Many thanks to Jason for his responsiveness and availability!
Nothing :) The road from Tapu to Hahei is a bit winding and long, with lots of gravel
NZVery well appointed, private, everything a retreat should be, loved the outdoor baths, soaking under the stars, fabulous bed and so much more.also loved the peacocks at the farm opposite the road,and the sound of the river down below the property. This place is next level!!!

From the booking.com pics, and the wording 'retreat' we couldn't tell there were neighbours and thought it was more remote. There are three houses close by, it's a residential location.
