CA- Staff were very friendly and accommodating - Breakfast was delicious - Outdoor sitting area was nice to sit and watch birds - So close to Charlie Beach!
The rooms were not great. The only surface to put things on was a small nightstand. There was only one outlet (not including the one the fan is plugged into) and it was 4 ft off the ground with no table under it. The bed was VERY hard. The bathroom was bad. Shower was very close to the toilet. There is also no flush toilet, which would have been nice to include the description. It was also dirty and had lots of ants.
PLThe hotel is situated in a fantastic place in a jungle pretty near Charlie Beach - beautifully there! Silence, cicadas and birds, this is what you can hear there. Awesome views !!! Bungalow very simple with "king size" bed (very old, the springs a little dig into your back, king size made from two separate mattresses 😂), privet bathroom , shower with hot water, A/C and terrace. The views, peace and quiet make up for the slight inconvenience. Tasty dishes in the restaurant at friendly prices (options are - street food on the beach or small restaurant upfront the hotel. Very helpful & so kind Mr. Odd (manager) .....family and homely atmosphere.

GBWe were made to feel very welcome and the included breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose between. The property is a short walk from the fabulous Charlie Beach and there are a few restaurants close by too. We booked the simple fan room (no hot water, but we didn't miss it). The bungalows are solidly built, with mosquito screens on windows etc and there's a sunny terrace from where you can watch the wildlife (Hornbills visited a couple of times!), and see the sea and sunset through the trees. We booked 4 nights and stayed 8!
We would have liked somewhere to put our belongings other than the floor in the room - a bench or some shelves?, and a line to hang wet swimming gear, etc, to dry outside would have been useful. Otherwise, we had everything we needed.

BEWe had a wonderfull time on Koh Mook. We loved the island and the owner, staff and bungalows of Rubbertree were excellent. Everything was perfect. I would love to go back one day. Thank you for everything!
