Das Ressort kommt in die Jahre. Der Besitzer muss einiges tun, sonst zerfallen die Bungalows.
DEDie Lage am Charlie Beach ist wirklich sehr gut. Man hat dort seine Ruhe und bekommt ein ordentliches Frühstück.
Die Dusche ist in die Jahre gekommen und hatte wenig Wasserdruck. Es waren Flecken an der Decke.

Vores datter blev syg efter den første nat, og vi blev nødt til at flytte hende til et sted med mere komfort (der var mug på væggen på værelset). Vi havde booket 4 nætter og ønskede derfor penge for nogle af de resterende nætter retur. Vi talte med chefen, som bad os gøre det gennem booking.com. De forsøgte, men stedet svarede ikke tilbage. Vi forsøgte også selv, og vi fik heller ikke svar retur. Lidt ærgerligt, at der ikke kan findes en løsning, eller i det mindste gives svar.

FRL’accueil et la bienveillance de notre hôte était super il nous a même fait un repas en dernière minute qu’il ne voulait surtout pas que l’on paye car il pleuvait trop pour aller en ville . Grande gratitude à Hod. Merci pour le séjour.

The staff, zero communication or hospitality when we checked in. we were not informed about breakfasttime and we had to deal with the consequences. we did not agree with that, they weren’t open to find a solution. At check out we were cursed at by the man. Super rude unfortunately
USStaff are kind and helped with my booking travel . Perfect! The jungle location was lovely. Walking to the beach and amenities was easy. The Included breakfast was good.
Fans in the dining area would be more comfortable keeping the annoying /biting ones away! In my double room , fan only, only 1 outlet for charging (unless you unplug the fan) half way up the wall. I moved the desk over to fix that. More attention to property maintenance would really elevate this place.
