La casa es grande, tiene buena sitio y está bien abastecida.

Como sugerencia sería conveniente un pequeño calefactor pues en invierno la casa es fría y muy húmeda.

First things first. It is close to the airport. 15-ish minutes on foot. There is also a convenient parking lot next to the police station nearby. It is an ideal spot when you have a car and are planning to make trekking trips around the island. The town is fairly small, so there is no problem in finding it. Owner also sent me the photo of the alley and how to get in so it was no problem at all. I´ve never met the owner but he was really respectful and straightforward in his online communication, which I appreciate. The apartment had all the appliances, washing machine, stove, microwave. Bathroom had a bidet. Although when washing clothes, you have to hang the laundry outside the old way. (good luck with the weather!) What came as a really nice surprise was a heated massage chair and a tv with good internet connection. There is also a small pier right next to the apartment so you can just go look at the night sea before sleep. It is very serene and quiet during off season. And it is all just behind the kitchen window!

It can get little chilly during winter months. pack up some slippers cause floors are all tiled. Also I was left heartbroken, the cats didn´t care about me at all. They only noticed me when I was leaving and taking out the trash. The whole cat welcoming committee came to check if I don´t have any leftovers.

Das Apartement war sehr geräumig, lag spektakulär schön nah am Meer, und hatte alles vor allem an Küchenausstattung zu bieten, was man benötigt, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte. Der Suprmercado ist 300m entfernt.

Ein kleiner Couchtisch und eine Lese- oder Stehlampe wäre nett.

Es muy amplio.Habitaciones muy grandes. Baño amplio, cocina- salón grandes. Muy bien equipado. Excelente ubicación en el Port Velho de Sta.Cruz, delante del mar. Muy tranquilo y se puede ir a pie a todas partes.
