Our stay was perfect! The accommodation is newly furnished, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The neighborhood is peaceful, ensuring a relaxing experience. Communication with the host was excellent—prompt and clear with all necessary and detailed instructions. Free parking next to the property is a great bonus. Highly recommended!

I booked 2 apartments for a few nights and I can say that we enjoyed the comfort of the bed the most. A clean location and well equipped with utilities. For those who want to be close to the center city, they must know that the location is somewhere right next to the city, a neighborhood of houses. We also used public transport and it was ok, an hour changing a bus and a tram. The distance from the centre city is justified by the lower price of accommodation.

Large rooms and toilete, small but big enough kitchen with all nessesary tools, comfy beds, good heating. A lot of towels, toilete paper and paper towels in the kitchen. Also some main ingredients in the kitchen.

There were a lot of spiders/bugs on the walls, some dead, some alive. Toilete could be cleaner, a lot of mold on the shower doors, and very bad drainage in the shower. The balcony sliding door of the first apartment is very hard to open or to close. Some light switches are not working properly, they stuck and nothing happens.

Owner was very nice. In advanced we were able to reserve 2 parking lots. For the arrival we received all the information to enter the building and our apartment. Apartment was very clean and everything was prepared well. And it smells very nice and pleasant in the apartment. Because there was a washing machine we were able to wash everything, and on the ground floor we were able to borrow vacuum and ironing table and iron.

We noticed that the front door of our apartment was more of a regular living door. When we didn't lock the door, they opened themselves. Also, when we locked the door, wach time someone opened the main entrance on the ground floor our door would create a loud sound. Moreover, the isolation in the building is not good, so last few days we heard the group of people who entered in the apartment below us. Specially during the night, they would be very loud and not respectful with the house rules so they would laugh and talk until 2 in the morning.
