Location and staff

Noise from the 5th floor till late night.

Hospitality from the staff was the best part! Super helpful and kind, made us feel very comfortable. Also, gave us a sweet farewell at checkout. The location was perfect, easy to go anywhere around the Lakeside. Overall the room was clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast, not much of a variety but it was good. Hot water all the time which was a so good!

Maybe the lights in the hotel can be brighter and better. It made the overall hotel look bit dark and dull. The breakfast area can be better presented. Also, at times the toilet was bit smelly.

Loved the views from our balcony to the Fewa lake. The rooms were quiet which is nice to have around lakeside when it can get quite lively at night and the location is great. The staff were really sweet and attentive to our needs. Good breakfast spread too.

This is the best hotel location near the Lake. Although I didn't book room with lake view. But the room I got was on the top floor. Thanks to the beautiful lady at the reception, she was very friendly and highly professional. Gave me exactly what I expected without even asking. Will come here again when I book a holiday at Pokhara. Highly recommended for tourists.

Would be better if the tourism packages can be made with card payment. Due to the low in cash and less interested in cash withdrawal via credit card, I had to cancel the package the reception lady manages to book for activities and day sightseeing package. I felt sorry for that. However I will remember the positive smile from her though my refusal, High resemblance of professionalism.

Hotel limpio, cómodo. Vistas geniales al lago. Cerca de todo. Habitaciones amplias, desayuno buffet y carta buenísimos. Personal muy agradable, súper atentos y simpáticos todos. Especialmente Soneeka, Namita y Binita en recepción.
