GBFab location , very modern , no expense spared on fixtures and fittings , beds very comfortable , the towels were ultra fluffy .
Not clean , had to bleach the shower to get rid of the mould before I dare use it , the fridge had lots of bits food in it so needed to be cleaned before putting our things in it . When I stripped the bed to leave there wasn’t any pillow protectors and the pillows were very dirty, the mattress protector was badly stained , just needs a wash . The tea towels were badly stained and I daren’t use them to dry the cups , looked like they had been used by the previous customers.

DEIt was clean, spacious and almost every corner of the house was usable
A space where everyone could sit and eat together was missing. The main room with sofas was good but maybe a small table in the middle could be good
