Everything was perfect. We regret a little that we could not stay at least one day longer. The apartment is very spacious and stylishly furnished. The location in a quiet place on the hill provided beautiful views and the sunset from the roof was enchanting. The gentleman who accommodated us was incredibly nice and gave us lots of useful advice for our stay in Sri Lanka. I highly recommend it to everyone and this accommodation would be a clear choice for us when we next visit Kandy

Huge, spacious room and rooftop! It had Kitchen, stove, cleaning products, iron everything! It felt like home! The view was amazing!

It was a bit way from the main city!

The location is good but very far from the town. The facilities and room itself is good.

Everything was fine until the bill came. These people charged us extra than what was mentioned in the booking.com. we kept talking to both the caretaker and property owner why they are charging us extra. They said we have to pay the owners commission as well and he kept telling that we are the only person who is questioning them. Not sure how many people they have been looting. We have booked several stays in booking.com in several countries and but this was the only place where we had to pay extra than what the booking.com had mentioned in the bill. Both the owner and caretaker were so rude. He kept telling this one sentence with so much of attitude as if we were staying for free “we don’t want ur money” and the following sentence will be like “u have to pay extra that is our commission”. Dude doesn’t even stick to his words. He was behaving as if we were staying for free and had his breakfast for free, when the breakfast was actually included in the booking.com package. I guess they have been doing this for years and not much people noticed this issue

Cleanliness is amazing, inside mountaintop views are great, housekeeper Dayan is very cooperative and kind person, washroom is very big and all sanitary is advance high class, worst of money

Property is on very peak of the hill so with kids it was difficult to reach there specially if you have luggage in the car as the ramp is high

The amazing view, promotional pictures are actual ones, courteous staff, basic amenities are very good

The access to the property of quite challenging, climbing the stairs with heavy luggage is cumbersome. The room is spacious with two queen size beds, that can be easily partitioned. Same goes to big washroom with two wash basin and toilet seats, which can be easily portioned into two

The family suite was great, it had 2 comfortable beds and the view was amazing as it had glass windows all around the room continuously. The service was also great as the staff was friendly and helped throughout.

The pathway which led to the hotel was very narrow and steep, also the staircases which lead to the room on the top doesn't give the best impression once viewed.
