Very cute apartments, clean and well equipped. On a quiet street, but in the middle of la zona - so very close to the beach, the good food and the fun. Would definitely recommend for a solo traveler or a couple.

The two-bedroom apartment was very well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Remotes for fans, AC, and TV were handy. There was everything in the kitchen you could possibly need, including, coffee, salt and pepper, new pots and pans, etc. Once we found them, there were several good restaurants in the area, most open for evening hours only. We lucked out, street parking was not a problem.

Stairs are steep and narrow, typically Mexican. The remodeling done is amazing and so well done. That being said, the bathrooms are tiny. There's a step up into the bathroom that was problematic... my husband fell over it during the night. Nothing serious, but you need to remember that it's there. The location is a long way from the heart of the Romantic Zone, up against the mountains. Not many places for convenient dog walking.

The shower was not draining, there was little to no hot water. Would be nice if there were coffee there to brew. Otherwise it was absolutely delightful

The location is great if you want a more quiet neighborhood and still be within easy walking distance to the center of town. The nearby public market is terrific for fresh produce and groceries. Many restaurants in the area all with a local flair. Large space and a good value.

Linens and bedding could use an upgrade but satisfactory.

Love the area, quieter then Romantic zone, great towels, coffee service in room, private entrance, etc, etc

No view from room but roof top and view is a few steps away

The place is clean & comfortable.

The noise in morning, it seems there is a school or bark full of kids playing very load and hit the wall with ball. Very annoying!!!
