My stay here was absolutely amazing. The host was incredibly friendly, as were all the staff. It was the perfect place to rest and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I will definitely be coming back again.

The property was clean and comfortable

The property was clean and comfortable. But I was a bit disappointed but maybe I am the problem, The check in time for the property was 2PM but we could not check in at 2PM because we arrived at Bloemfontein early for church. We went to church and checked in after 5PM. There was no iron in the property, I was told that they have a house keeper that knock off at 3PM. I was like what about people who check in after 3 PM and leave early before 8am thats needs ironing service. The owner of the guesthouse told me that its not his fault that I checked in after 3PM, if I have complaints I must leave his property, he will come and give me my money back. I was shocked that the owner has time to come to check us out if we are not satisfied but he could not help with the iron but we needed it seriously as we had to leave the property for a church service at 6:30 am. We were assisted by other church members who were sleeping at the self catering guest house that was 4 minutes away from us. We wanted to buy an iron at checkers but we were afraid because we did not want to do anything that the owner doesn’t like and that may cause damages as there was no ironing board in the property. Again I am saying maybe I am the one who is wrong, may be it is normal for guest house or self catering guest house to have ironing service only up to 3pm and not assist guests that need iron after 3PM. But I am very disappointed, I have been at self catering guest houses and I have never experienced this.
