Lovely room, fantastic hosts and a good breakfast. All the boxes ticked.

Absolutely nothing.

Lovely pastries and fresh fruit. Good tea and coffee, though we did not explore the coffee machine, The owners were very accommodating adapting to our dietary requirements. Comfortable bed and good shower.

The road access is tricky as traffic often fast moving. Owners planning to widen entrance in the future. Not very taken with the instant porridge.

It was ideal location for next days wedding

We were made very welcome and Emma was very helpful and wanted us to be comfortable and feel at home. The breakfasts were ideal with plenty of fresh fruit.

First noticed pillow case linen not ironed. No toilet roll holder - toilet roll just left on shelf. Shower pressure poor. When family used communal door near our bedroom it tended to be noisy first thing in the morning.

It was close to the wedding I was attending and to the motorway which was ideal after a long exhausting week. Breakfast was sufficient.

There wasn’t anything too bad to say. Only thing I would say is the body wash and shampoo and conditioner were running low so just need to be checked after every guest leaves

Apart from being a bit tricky getting in and out of the drive this property is fantastic.
