Location is perfect.

Price performance is definitely very bad. The building is very old. However, the location is very central.Although it is described as two double beds, there is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. You don't have a closet to put your belongings. I had to put my bag on the table. Do not choose it when you consider price and performance. There are much better quality and suitable houses 1 km away. The location is perfect. There is no elevator. You go up 4 floors with your suitcases. Since the building is very old, there is a risk of earthquake. You feel the shaking while walking in the house.

It is very spacious and nicely furnished. The location is great, it was very quiet and the facilities were good with air conditioning, hairdryer and coffee machine.

The beds were extremely soft and in the second room the bed was crooked. The air conditioning dripped on the wooden floor so that it could not be used. The bathroom stank from the drain. Some of the stairs in the stairwell were loose.

Great location, comfortable stay, staff reliable and super easy to contact

There was no lift and was up a few flights of stairs, not ideal if you’re travelling with big luggage

The location is perfect, just 7 minutes walk to the seafront and all central activities, cafes. The apartment is spacy and nicely decorated. We came earlier than 4 pm and the apartment was ready.

It can be loud at night, and there is an ongoing construction just across the street. However, this is the case for most centrally located apartments. The check-in and check out time is a bit tight.Just relax at a nearby cafe like Cafe Nicolau while waiting to get the keys instead of waiting in front of the apartment. Since the apartment is on the 3rd floor, it might be hard to climb up and down for the elderly

Great location with plenty of restaurants and also nice neighbourhoods where walking is possible with amazing views. Markets as well really near. Nice home including all what needed. Besides the good internet.

Internet connection is not good at all. Really hard to work while internet connection is super slow. Hopefully they will fix this later on. For us the mobile network was alright but depends on roaming costs if that is possible for all. Also there is a renovation going on one floor below. When working that is not perfect.

The location was great and the host was friendly

Every time I used the toaster the fuse blew. The first time this happened we had no light or internet and had to leave the apartment to find a cafe with internet to contact the host. Then go back climbing up many flights of stairs to try the fuse box. Also the front door stuck and was very hard to open. One had to kick it to get it to open. The shower blocked up so one was standing in water to shower and had to keep it short or it would overflow onto the bathroom floor.
