Very cleaned place

The room was comfortable and had all the facilities you need. We used the kitchen area each day to prepare food for the day so that saves us money. The owner does reply back to messages very quick, we asked for more towels and we had a problem with a leak and he was very quick to sort these. The location is very close to bus stops and a tram line, and there is 2 supermarkets next to the tram line, one being 24 hour which we found handy. The room was very clean, zero complaints there and there was hardly any noise day and night.

When we arrived there were homeless men looking in bins and the general feel of the area made us feel very uncomfortable and on edge. I do need to point out we didn't encounter anything untoward. The water has a metal taste and leaves your skin smelling metallic. The fridge freezer was unplugged when we got there so we had to wait before we got use that. The owner speaks very little English so we didn't even get a hello when we got there. It is also quite hard to find and when we rang the owner as instructed, he couldn't help as he didn't understand. However he was waiting for us when we arrived.
