Elevator was scary, many mosquitos. Top floor, so during the hot days it is imposible to live without aircondition. Sofa bad is poor.

NZThe balcony is a nice space & lovely in the evening. The bed is comfortable & kitchen equipment adequate.
The room is fairly unclean, including fridge/freezer. The bathroom is certainly a rough add-on with just a shower basin (no cubicle). Quite overpriced for what you get. We’ve had far nicer places even in Athens for less than this.
