The most unpleasant was the permanent bad smell from the old bathroom which is just next to your bed. The refrigerator, also next to the bed, is very loud. They tried with some new furniture but the overall feeling of the place is unkempt and rough.
SKThe appartement is located in the very good location, near the city centre. You can easily walk to the most popular tourist spots. The building is being renovated, this does not apply to the lift, which is very old and scary, but worked without problems. The appartement itself consists of one room with the kitchinette, small bathroom and a large balcony. The balcony was nice, although the view was not pleasant. The appartement was new and clean, also the furniture was new. the bed was very soft for us, someone may prefer it. There are many good restaurants and breakfast bistros nearby, also 24/7 grocery. The price was reasonable for what we get.
The host sent me the instructions how to get to the appartement only after my question on the day of arrival. I had to ask for details (i.e. which door at the corridor). I would appreciate to get them in advance. The key collection was easy a fast. At the day of our arrival, there was no hot or even warm water, since we arrived before midnight, the host did not respond my questions by sms. Only the fuses were off, but this detail really ruined our arrival (no shower after thre journey). Than, the shower was okay, in the bathroom sink, there was only cold water, in the kitchen sink only hot. There was a strange smell from the bathroom, probably old pipelines? The kitchen was poorly equipped, only basics for two persons (the capacity is three). We did not used it althoug we planned.
