Southern Oak at Chalet Village - 5 Minutes from Gatlinburg and National Park

The view was outstanding... bears 🐻 everywhere.. every thing was clean and properly placed..we definitely are booking another trip... thanks for everything

Narrow roads

The view from the balcony was the best. Love waking up and drinking coffee on the balcony and watching the tram go by. It was so peaceful. And kitchen was well stocked. Table was nice and big. It was nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. And downtown was only 4 min away. And Chalet was very clean.

Lighting has a lot to be desired. Light switches either didn’t work or there was no light switch. Also needed some ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Blinds in front bedroom were broken. And several of the towels were either dirty or stained. Almost looked like a guest used them and put them back up. Which we were surprised because the chalet was very clean.

The location was excellent. We saw several bears during our 4 day stay.

The entire stay was excellent.

Loved the location. Plenty of room for our family. Quiet. Clean. Property was well taken care of. Had a bear visitor every night and was actually able to see him which was exciting especially for the kids.

Great location. Super comfortable. Exactly as described. Great view. Well stocked.

We loved the view of the mountains, and the neighbors were so informative and friendly. Everything was clean, and the cabin waa beautiful!

There were some minor updates that needed to be done, such as the batteries in the remotes and the front door lock needing to be replaced. Lastly, there were a couple of nails sticking up a little in the theater room floor only concerning when kids are around, but those are only minor issues.
