West Seattle's Modern Townhome

The customer service of the host was poor. The internet reception was poor--it buffered every few minutes. We couldn't enjoy watching any program. Our other electronic devices were also affected. I contacted him daily but he blamed the internet company, the solution was "beyond his control" & said that resetting the modem was the only solution for now. The TV and internet were listed as amenities and since he said that there was no solution to the problem, I asked him for a price adjustment. He refused and said he would refund one night stay if we checked out a day "early". He ended our last phone conversation without a bye or thank you. Very rude!

Overall it was a great location and had everything we needed! We never really had an issue with parking.

It seemed that the cleaners had missed some things from previous guests like food left in cabinets, candy wrappers, and items in the oven.

Loved the location and how easy it was to find parking. Easily accessible to shopping and groceries.

Didn’t have extra toilet paper and would’ve loved a few extra towels but overall was great!

Good location, clean and comfortable place to stay

The home was clean, well stocked, and it was easy to find parking all around.

The house was very clean and comfortable. All amenities were provided and well thought out. Beds were firm and very comfortable. Extra blankets were provided. The kitchen is well stocked. All TVs work. Welcome instructions are clear.

There are three flights of stairs in the house which may be a lot for someone with mobility issues. Parking right in front of the house is limited to 2 hours during the weekdays. Free on the weekends. There is free street parking down the road. There may not be a chat feature with the property within the app so communication needs to be via owner's cell phone number.

Modern and comfortable. Close to little shops and coffee shops.

The Roku tv controls don’t always work.
