The bad sheet, sofa, floor, bathroom not clean also when I just entered the room, I kept seeing a cockroach on the sofa.. I have also changed the room for the same reason as above and 1 of the aircond is leaking n they can't fix it

The air conditioning in the room was leaking, and the room had a bad smell. The whole place was filthy, with a lot of cockroaches. I even got bitten by them while sleeping, and woke up with an allergic reaction all over my body ，super disgusting. The customer service was terrible, they were impatient and didn't care. We called them to fix the air conditioning, but they just gave us a half-hearted response. Also, the parking wasn’t included as they claimed ，we had to park outside in an uncovered area. Overall, this hotel is awful, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

No clean, look very dirty Aircon got water flow out inside the air vent Cleaner service no good, we alr check in but still have cleaner at the house and we waiting outside, they still rest at the room
