Homestay not like what in the picture, the homestay looks very old yet most of the furniture look didnt clean at all. Bed didnt look good, like gonna collapsed. Bed sheet are dirty, looks like the old one didnt change. Tv not function at all, if open dont have signal! Floor are dirty, especially kitchen floor. Iron board are really really dying!

once you step in the unit theres an unpleasant smell like it wasnt cleaned properly, the toilet door already crusty, sofa got big stains and smelly. overall was meh for the price. cleanliness needs to be improved. some of the floorings also tore up already. have rm100 deposit

1. Call / whatapps take long time to reply / respond 2. Room got a very bad smell it's very bad experience to have vacation here 3. Kids pool can't use as it's under maintenance for 2 month but didn't stated at booking.com 4. Tv no channel at All even maintenance come and repair also remote TV cant use. 5. I don't know what are they doing provide like this hospitality services 6. We are paying money not say need perfect service. At least basic thing need to get done 7. Photo Advertisement at Booking.com is not the same with the real reality. 8. Pillow And Tower like long time didnt change.. scary ..
