Sweet Home Lina

Μας άρεσε το σημείο που βρισκόταν το σπίτι, κοντά στο κέντρο.

Το σπίτι ηταν σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση. Έχουν επενδύσει χρήματα σε έπιπλα κουζίνας αλλά το σπίτι είναι χαλια. Δεν υπάρχει καν πάτωμα σε όλο το σπίτι παρα μόνο ένα πλαστικό κάλυμμα πάνω στο μπετό και τα έπιπλα κουνάνε. Στο μπάνιο δεν έχει σιφώνια και τις τρύπες τις έχουν καλύψει με χαλια και με πατάκια μπάνιου. Το κτίριο είναι εγκατελειμμένο με την πόρτα εισόδου να είναι σπασμένη, κολλημένα χαρτιά στο ασανσέρ για να πληρωθεί ο συντηρητής του ασανσέρ, το ασανσέρ μέσα στη μούχλα και την βρωμια και στον όροφο που είναι το σπίτι, πεταμένα αντικείμενο και σκουπίδια στο διάδρομο που πρέπει να προσεχείς για να μην χτυπήσεις πάνω τους. Νοικιάσαμε το σπίτι για 2 βραδιά αλλά προσπαθούσαμε να λείπουμε για να μην το βλέπουμε παρόλο που έχουμε και μικρό παιδάκι. Επιπλέον ο ιδιοκτήτης ήθελε να του πληρώσουμε επιπλέον εγγύηση (πρώτη φορά μας ζητάνε κάτι τέτοιο στα τοσα χρονια που ταξιδεύουμε) δίνοντας του χρήματα στο χέρι, αλλά στο τέλος «μας έκανε τη χάρη» και δεν μας ζήτησε.

I had a wonderful stay at Lina's apartment in Paralia Katerini! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Good spot to visit the place and surroundings

The location is central, Lina is a kind and lovely host, the main bed makes you not want to leave it. The apartment is equipped and looks exactly like in the pictures and presentation. We will happily come back here. Thank you Lina and Spartakos!

Not that I didn't like it, just as a suggestion: I would have liked a coffee machine (of any kind), not just a Greek Coffee Pot

The location is excellent, very close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was in good condition and had everything we need. The host was very helpful and friendly.

Very kind hosts. Always ready to help and advise you. The place is unique, in the very center. Beaches free and paid, 1 minute away. The apartment is fully furnished, and the elevator is an extremely great convenience. I will come back again, hopefully there are free dates.

If the tourist is infinitely capricious, he will find something to be dissatisfied with. I am not like that.
