Orca Surf Nature

Good and peaceful place to really chill. We took a break here from nice/noisy taghazout so that we can get some peace. Abdollah the host is super kind! He does everything to make you feel welcome. He makes delicious tajines too. The rooftop has a great view on mountain and sea and amazing when clear sky to watch stars. If you guys have a car then its perfect otherwise Abdollah can always fix a berber taxi to/from taghazout Thank you

Loved this hidden gem in the hills 4 km above Taghazout, it was welcoming and felt like home for our 9 days here. Abdullah and Yazid did everything to make our stay incredibly special, breakfast of our choice every morning regardless of time .We had fabulous home cooked dinner,including lamb tagine and special grilled chicken which were our favourite meals in Morocco. We will 💯 be back. Also the place was spotless.

Great value and a fun guest house. We were welcomed into Morocco by our hosts Abdul and Mustafa who looked after us and provided delicious food. We had one of the nicest Tagines in our entire trip made by Mustafa (1 x fish, 1 x chicken - both delicious). We were able to drink our own wine (bought in Agadir) with our meal - a small luxury in Morocco! We enjoyed a music session on the roof - the rare torrential rain not stopping the moroccan sense of fun and adventure. Breakfast was good and filling; It included eggs and the usual moroccan fare of delicious bread, jam, delicious honey and amlou with coffee and tea. The terrace was the perfect location, with views across the mountains and the ocean. A hire car is recommended to stay here as it is a long way from town, but it was perfect for us as we wanted to be more in nature. Although, you can always hitch a ride into town with friendly locals who frequent the main road into Tagazhout. We also reommend enjoying a morning stroll with the local friendly dogs as you explore the local villages.

The value for money is huge. The staff is very nice and helpful. They greeted us with tea and popcorn. We had a nice chat with the owner. Breakfast was plenty in variety and amazing in scenery (added photo).

Poor lighting in the room. No sink in the bathroom. The shower is not separated from the toilet (added photo), so the toilet and the whole bathroom would get wet after showering. The hot water supply was not stable. The cutlery wasn't completely clean.

Nice building and super friendly staff. Great breakfast.

I liked everything about my stay in Orca Surf House, especially the owner and his staff, they were extremely nice people and made me feel at home as soon as I entered the house. A special thanks to Mustafa, who cooked for me , and I will be going back there soon, to enjoy Orca House Hospitality. I have made new friends at Orca House, which I will never forget. Akhmed was great fun, and made me feel comfortable immediately. Mustafa took me to the beach one day, and I played football with his friends, it was a memorable day. Mohammed ( Mo ) came to the house on my last day, and was Mustafa s friend, he was a great soul.

Ahmed was an excellent host! He did his utmost to make all the guests feel welcome and comfortable. His help was invaluable, both he and Mustafa are to be highly commended for their hard work, kindness and attention. I have already recommended this location to friends and family 😁. If you're looking for peace and tranquility - the Orca is perfect.

It would be great if some arrangement could be made to facilitate the journey between the town and the hostel...If you haven't got transport, it's not ideal.
