Gypsy Lust Ubud

The rooms were clean and I generally slept really well there! It was in a great location, close to the centre and restaurants, shops, attractions etc. They offered free yoga and a 15 minute massage which was lovely. Staff were really helpful to carry luggage to/from my room especially as I had a knee injury!

The breakfast was a little on the small size, and only tea and coffee were included as drinks (not juice) which wasn't helpful as I don't drink caffeinated drinks! Sometimes, loud music was being played from the reception while guests were trying to relax by the pool - it didn't really fit with the vibe of the place! They did turn it down/off when I asked. There is also a bar opposite the hostel which plays music in the evenings. You can hear it in the social spaces but not really in the room (I wear earplugs anyway).

I love everything about this hostel. From the free breakfast, free massage, free yoga up to the staff who are very helpful in everything I need. The room is comfortable and the cleanliness is well maintained.

Niet hygiënisch, personeel was ok maar zaten meer te roken dan beschikbaar zijn bij de receptie. Verder wel aardig. Voor deze prijs zijn er betere hostels in hartje ubud
