Sama Villa Amed

My wife and I booked this for a 5 day stay which was too long here. So the goods- nice modern design, good breakfast (or other meals) from cafe next store, immediate volcano views, lots of friendly staff. The street it is on is safer than the main road to walk into town or go for a run.

I just don't see how this is a 9 or 10 for so many people. The location is average- you will need to walk 20-30m+ into main town and beach or moped/taxi. The pool is unshaded and unfinished, not a place you would hang during the day so you will need to find a beach side place to be in the day and pay for drinks or lunch to do so. The staff, while friendly need some real training and experience. Examples- day one we asked where we could book a snorkelling tour in Amed- which is a bit like asking where you could find an Italian restaurant in Rome- and they had no suggestions. So we just booked ourselves some snorkeling on line which was an 8am pick up. Breakfast starts from 745am so we asked for an early breakfast and were politely told that's not possible. Then the next day we see other guests eating breakfast at 7am and were told if you order a particular breakfast you CAN get it earlier. Just more training- or an old school compendium in the room with info and recommendations- which might spoil the hipster vibe- but it would tell you the helpful information you need to know!

Sama villa amed est un établissement que nous recommandons. La piscine ainsi que le balcon sont des atouts majeurs de l'hôtel. Le lieu est exceptionnel, tout comme le personnel. L'endroit où se situe l'hôtel est pratique, proche notamment de nombreux warung. Le rapport qualité prix est top.

Prachtige villa, mooi ingericht, lief personeel, comfortabel bed en heel schoon!

Maar 2 ligbedjes bij het zwembad is het enige nadeel in mijn ogen.

Pas de grab ni Gojek car interdit pour privilégier les taxis locaux donc arnaque et le personnel nous a donné des numéros de chauffeur qui voulait nous arnaquer On a eu un problème de chambre avec des canalisations horribles ça puait, on a du changer de chambre > heureusement car uniquement 5 logements

Очень красивая вилла, отзывчивый персонал, комфортный бассейн, вкусные завтраки.

Понравилось все, за исключением местоположения. Находится в достаточно отдаленном месте от ключевых локаций, в том числе и от моря.

You must be a hard and heartless person if you can find fault with this villa. Spotlessly clean,incredible staff and amazing view of the Mt Agung. Breakfast was from a restaurant just across the road and was delightful. Amazing value for money considering the beautiful decor and fantastic rooms.

There was unfortunately a problem with the flush mechanism for the toilet which was mentioned to the staff and it seems this maybe is an ongoing problem they have . Not terrible but was slightly annoying.

Emplacement un peu éloigné du centre Taxis peu nombreux Grande proximité avec les autres locataires.

Nous avons fait confiance au personnel pour réserver un taxi pour aller sur une plage, nous avons payé 7 fois le prix normal d une course en passant par l hôtel. Nous nous en sommes rendu compte les jours suivants en passant par Grab, ce n est pas honnête (ça nous apprendra à faire confiance) Pour un établissement qui se veut luxe...
