There was warm water and free bottles of water

Parts of the room haven't been cleaned in decades, it smelled like a CIGARETTE CAVE - disgusting! At checkout I took a look into some other rooms... All the same. There was no sink in the bathroom, there was no real blanket for the bed, there were only face towels... When I took a shower, some old soap dispenser fell from the wall. Reception guy was hiding behind a 10x10 cm hole in the wall... Parts of the room were STICKY!!! Room was so small, we couldn't even open our luggage at the same time
