Riad Zatiah Exclusive and chic breakfast incl

The place is beautiful and very clean, we enjoyed the experience of being in a Riad, also the lady that made us breakfast made sure that all our needs are met in terms of food preferences and the food was delicious.

We had a couple of issues, first the address provided shows only the street name but no building number, we parked on the statelet and called the property and someone showed up and walked us into an alley that we would never had guessed that it's where the place is, this could be a problem if someone doesn't have an active phone line with them to communicate with the property. You book the whole building which wasn't clear in the in the description on booking, with having the pool in the common area would've been nice to know especially that we had children with us, there is a mother area upstairs but it's in the open air which can't be used when it's too hot. When we first arrived the manager turned on all the lights and ACs in all the rooms, by the time we settled we had multiple several minutes power blackouts which, the manager did call an electrician who said that the sudden spike in power consumption resulted in an overload even though we turned off all the lights and kept the essential ones, it took hours for the grid to accumulate to the new pressure (we had 7 blackouts in total) We had to ask for the wifi password several times, again if you don't have an active phone line it will be hard to communicate with the property management to sort it out.
