The Comfort Zen

This is simply the highlight of my Bacolod trip, not counting my companion! Service was excellent. The facilities are TOP NOTCH! Money Well Spent!!

Very nice unit & had that homey feel to it. Will definitely stay again! Toiletries were well stocked and good size fridge too! Regis staff were all great and accommodating.

The unit was great but the gym is a different story. It’s way too hot to do any type of cardio. A/C unit output is insufficient for the workout room. In addition, you have to request to have the A/C turned on every time you workout and it takes awhile to ramp up and when it does, it’s not enough to cool the entire room. With the workout room becoming extremely hot and uncomfortable, workout goers sweat profusely on these machines and no way to wipe them down so it can become very unsanitary. I’ve been there a couple of occasions where the treadmills were soaked with sweat. If Regis can resolve the cooling issue or just by maybe placing several fans strategically in their gym and have bleach wipes or bleach sprays readily available, renters would have much better experience

The owners are very hospitable and easy to contact. The unit itself is very clean and welcoming. Definitely recommended for everyone 👍
