Первый раз, когда не могу написать однозначный отзыв. Из положительного- хозяин душка. Он предоставил другой номер при нашей жалобе. Исключительно из-за хозяина горько писать плохо.

Касаемо номера, который бронировали (с видом на сад), это кошмар. При заселении в нашей машинке достировалось чье-то белье, везде висели провода, не работал свет в одной комнате, везде грязные обои, двери не закрываются даже в туалете. Просили при бронировании детскую кроватку, согласовывали ее письменно. Обещали каждый час принести через 2 минуты, в итоге только к 10 вечера (!!!!)предоставили. В номере холодно. Состояние его ужасно! У нас просто сама по себе отвалилась лампа со стены.

The host was very kind and helpful, always available when needed. The apartment was comfortable and everything went smoothly.

There is no elevator, which could be challenging if you have mobility issues. The cleaning was good, but not outstanding

The owner really makes up for any shortcomings of the hotel — we had everything we needed, and whatever was missing was quickly provided. Anything we didn’t like was replaced, and any issues were fairly compensated. Overall, everything was quite good: a comfortable place to sleep, hot water, and a kitchen that also served as a living and dining area — for us, it even became a little study space for our child’s homework. The owner was very friendly and easy to reach at any time, either by message or simply by running into him on the stairs to discuss or request something. There was a parking spot as well — it’s located behind the building on a small, quiet road with very little traffic, especially compared to the main street. Parking there was easy, and you can be sure you’ll find space right next to the building. The inner courtyard deserves special praise — the garden with palm trees created a lovely tropical atmosphere. Even though the weather wasn’t on our side, it was a real pleasure to look out at that green corner. There’s also a barbecue area and a place to relax, and children can safely play outside under your supervision — something many hotels don’t offer, where kids are often stuck indoors. The garden is definitely a big plus here.

The ground floor of the building is commercial, so the actual residential floors start from the second (there’s no elevator, and the building has three residential floors in total). The apartment’s actual size is 50 m². Keep in mind that your apartment may look different from the photos — each one is unique — but it’s usually possible to switch apartments or borrow items from others if something’s missing. For example, we were able to replace the electric kettle, drying rack, and hairdryer easily. The quality of things varies, but the owner is very accommodating and always ready to help. Another issue was the temperature and weather, as our stay was in autumn and it rained most days. We had to use our own blankets because the provided duvets were quite thin, and the kids still got cold. There were no extra warm blankets in the wardrobes, though this wouldn’t be a problem in summer.

Чудесный хозяин! Помогал во всем , всегда на связи, посоветовал пляж, магазин со свежей рыбой , вообще классный парень просто !
