"What a hidden Gem."

What a fantastic holiday lodge. Clean, Tidy, Great location for walking the dogs (we brought 2) around the site or into town (just 1 mile away) through the park. Perfectly sited for visiting many of the local sites and towns all within 10-20 minutes by car. Everything we needed was in the lodge. It was genuinely like "Home from Home". This has to be the best lodge we have stayed in, in recent years. A***

There was nothing not to like.

"Pleasant surroundings but too many dogs"

Cleanliness very poor oven needed cleaning and fastening to back of unit to make it safe. Floors and carpets needed better vacuuming and washing shower and sinks needed cleaning bed linen needed ironing. Kitchen utensils very sparse.

Fabulous location , situated next to sewerby park walled gardens .. just a 3 minute walk away . The accommodation was perfect ,the welcome pack had all the information that you could possibly need to help you get the best from your stay . Only a short drive to Flamborough head , North landing and Bridlington .. and if you have good mobility a walk to Danes Dyke is a must . We took my 90 year old mum with us and we all enjoyed a visit to the model village ( well worth spending a couple of hours there ) and on to Sunday lunch at The ship ( booking recommended) . We would definitely stay here again you couldn’t improve on the accommodation or location , in fact I’m missing it already ..

The only thing that could have been slightly better was the weather .. and we have no control over that, but we didn’t let it spoil our stay ..

"spent time dog walking."

Location excellent. easy to get to places on foot and by car. Lovely woodlands close by. Our dog like it. liked that little things were thought of eg dishwasher tabs, tin foil etc. Beds were great. Site manager being very helpful returning items we felt behind - big thank you.

Could do with a couple of clothes/towel hooks in the bathroom otherwise great.
