El patio y la barbacoa. Buen menaje de cocina. Buen salón. Esta en buena zona para conocer el sur de Cerdeña.

La piscina no es demasiado buena. A la casa le falta algo de mantenimiento. Aire acondicionado en distribuidor de las habitaciones, obliga a abrir puertas de las mismas. La casa está en general algo descuidada.
