Suite La Fenice

The apartment is well equipped (incl washing machine for longer trips), extremely clean, the hostess is very charming and ensures you have everything you need. It’s very safe which way important to us and it’s located perfectly to walk towards La Citta Alta, go for a run on the trail or get out of the city quickly for the nearby towns

It would be more convenient to have checkout time until 10am, not only 9am.

Прекрасен апартамент – изключително чист, уютен и поддържан с внимание към всеки детайл. Домакинята ни посрещна много топло и гостоприемно, почувствахме се като у дома си. Кухнята беше напълно заредена с всичко необходимо. Личи си, че е помислено за комфорта на гостите във всяко отношение. Горещо препоръчваме и с удоволствие бихме отседнали отново! 😊

Everything was provided that you could possibly want or need - plus little extras. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by whilst drinking the gift of fizzy wine that was in the fridge. The host (Angela) was absolutely fantastic - best ever.

Tivemos um imprevisto quando chegamos em Bergamo, então entrei no booking e encontrei esse quarto, fiquei com pé atrás, mas reservamos. Que apartamento lindo e aconchegante. A proprietária é um amor de pessoa, ela só conversa em italiano, mas não mede esforço para entender um idioma novo por meio do Google tradutor. Você que está passando por Bergamo, pode ir sem medo, a localização é excelente, perto do ponto de ônibus que leva para Bergamo alta ou conhecer a cidade inteira. Recomendo baixar o app Citymapper, lá tem todos os horários de ônibus passando e qual pegar para ir na região desejada, melhor que Waze quando se trata da Europa.

Based in Australia for over 30 years we traveled a lot. We always chosen hotels of 4 star plus . Not often private suites as the quality were not as good as we could get at a highly rated hotel , however Suite la Fenice exceeded our expectations in every way. Angela is a lovely warm soul and she made this suite not only beautifully arranged but also she paid attention to every detail possible to make your stay comfortable, pleasant , convenient and romantic . Absolutely perfect 👌

Everything was perfect

Beautiful apartment, immaculate. The host, Angela, was very welcoming and justifiably proud of her lovely property. And she kept in touch to see if we needed anything. The place is equipped with everything you could need, a superb kitchen, lovely shower room and very comfortable bed. Good location, short drive or easy bus to Citte Alta and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. I have to mention, literally just across the road and round the corner, Trattoria a Casa Mia, gorgeous food, our favourite of the restaurants we visited during our stay. Excellent Gelateria right outside as well. And a convenience store on the corner of the block. There was also a very generous quantity of treats and drinks supplied, which made it really easy for us and which we really enjoyed and appreciated. My wife has been telling everyone how lovely it was and recommending to all that they go and stay. We would ❤️ to visit again.
