Great location, walkable to "downtown" area and close to water for some views with a cute coffee shop. The hosts were super responsive and fast, very thankful for that. They had super easy check in information that was sent in advance without anything needed at check out. Great parking spot as well with a nice shower, comfy bed and towel warmer and plenty of extra towels.
Just FYI it is in a basement, which says in post, but you can hear everything upstairs. Not a big deal as I live in a city and am used to noise, but it was a lot of floorboard noise and squeaks throughout night.

Very close to downtown, Church street, and the waterfront. Close proximity to the interstate for seeing other parts of the area. Really appreciated the parking space, since we came from out of town. Well appointed for shorter stays with the kitchenette. LOVED the bathtub, seriously the deepest tub and perfect for after hikes. Quiet neighborhood too.

Comfortable bed, refrigerator/microwave, great shower and bathtub. Really easy to get in, parking spot in the driveway.
Didn’t have a sink in the kitchen, but it wasn’t a big deal.
