The facility was safe and secure and with high level of privacy. I loved the fact that it had WIFI and also it had a high level of hygine .

I didn't like the fact that my Key could not unlock the gates to the lifts or the staircase and I had to wait for another person to help or the security guard which was really frustrating

The pictures matched the place, WiFi speed was good, Netflix was available, the place was fairly clean

Sometimes gets noisy, no access to house cleaning items though requested, elevator takes too long to reach the floor, no trash bin in the bathroom, securities didn't allow delivery in

Location

The location was favorable for my navigation in town. I also loved the cleanliness of the room.

There should be a power extension provided to the room. Additionally, the shower should be checked to ensure proper functionality.

Comfortable and secure place, The security guards were resourceful and helpful they allowed me to charge my phone in their office since there was not power.

Power blackout.. I know this was not within the control of the host but since it is a regular occurrence in Nairobi especially during the rainy season I would advise to have some candles and a box of matches or solar lamps on stand by.
