Luxury Shepherds Hut with Hot Tub Valley Views

The property was perfect, had a wonderful stay and had no problems at all. Everything very helpful and wound definitely recommend :)

Had a lovely stay here recently. The location is perfect in that it is right on the outskirts of Scarborough but feels miles away. The position of the shepherds hut is great, down a slope on a plateau so you’re not overlooked at all. The view from the hut, but most importantly from the hot tub is stunning, looking out over the valley, farmers fields and then Scarborough and the sea in the background. The hut is super cosy and has everything you need. The bed and bedding was really comfy with plenty of pillows so no need to bring your own. The hut itself was really clean. The gas bbq outside meant quick set up and cooking ready for perfect alfresco dinning on the picnic table, again looking out over the great views. The bathroom facilities were great, hot easy to use shower, sink and toilet, all was clean and well sheltered in the metal hut separate to the shepherds hut. The walk to the beach talks about 40 mins and is down hill but walking back is a little more strenuous but the reward of a glass of wine and the hot tub certainly makes it worth while! We did have a check and an Uber from the hut to the seafront was just under £6 so probably cheaper than parking. The farm shop on site has a great selection of meat, just be aware it’s closed on Tuesday as it’s the farmers well earned day off. Make sure you pay for the hot tub, it’s so worth it and you’ll be gutted if you don’t. Bring your sliders for walking to and from the hot tub, we thought this was common sense but looking at other reviews people didn’t bring them and as it’s wood chip on the floor that will cause issues, but even if it was hard standing you’d still get grit and dirt on your feet so makes sense what ever the surface. Would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends and family and would love to come back in the winter and get the wood burner stocked up and the hot tub on the go. Small fridge, couldn’t fit all our wine in!! Seriously though, it is small so don’t buy a load of food before getting there, just buy as and when you need it from the farm shop or there is a good Lidl a 5 min drive away. Other than that, everything was spot on and have no complaints at all.

Very cosy and private hut in a lovely area, amazing large hot tub with beautiful views and even a farm shop to buy breakfasts from. Staff were lovely and the surrounding area is very peaceful, would definitely recommend!

A slight inconvenience was the chippings on the floor in between the hut and hot tub or the bathroom were painful on your feet but we should have brought some sliders for that. Also the bed wasn't very comfy on the near side but the bedding was very nice.

Amazing views, good privacy and very well looked after. Couldn't have asked for a better stay, the owner was a great lad and polite. Extra bonus was a lovely hot tub to take in the views.

A fantastic little shepherds hut located in a quaint scenic area. The views are second to none. The hut is spacious, well thought out and well maintained. The outside area boasts a family sized electric hot tub, a picnic bench, and large gas bbq. There are also things you can add for your stay,.... we opted for the fire pit, to keep us warm later in the evening whilst we were out of the tub (wood, kindling, and lighters included in price). The area itself is very private and we were left alone our entire stay. This is the perfect place to relax and recharge after the hustle and bustle of daily life. The owner is welcoming, polite and very helpful 10/10..... We will definitely be returning.

A quirky, fun place to stay. Very peaceful and beautiful view. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Lovely comfortable bed.

The fridge was very small and we couldn’t fit very much in it. We also felt the information was not clear as we were not aware that we had to pay £25 per night extra for the hot tub until a couple of days before our stay. Apart from that everything was great.
