"Nice condo if reservation was made correctly"

We had everything we need also the provided beach gear was really nice. The ice machine was really great that way we had our selfmade ice our whole stay. It was really someone's home and and was therefore equiped with everything you would like yourself to have in a vacation home.

The company forgot to mention our reservation to the reception of the resort. We arrived just before 5 so we were lucky we could still get in touch with the company. The reception called out to them and fixed the issue. It took 3 calls to get an employee on the phone. We also suggest to add WhatsApp or something similar to the contact options as foreigners it is really expensive to make a phone call. Like 1.50$ per minute. WhatsApp only uses wifi. This experience was a really bad start adding a lot of stress before a further nice stay. Also the company is really spammy on the booking.com chat. Also the AC (which you need) was quit loud which prevented my wifi to sleep all the way through the night.
