Working in harlow so needed a place to stop the night

Light in toilet didn't work restaurants didn't serve alcohol

Everything was fine

My daughter's room she couldn't turn the air conditioner off and was a bit cold.

Very tired building not really hotel more like a hostel

Breakfast was a decent full English. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is fairly close to Stansted Airport. The reception was reactive to my request for assistance.

The Hotel needs some attention, it is a little dilapidated. The room had a double bed, for me the fact it was up against the wall was not an issue as I was by myself. But for a couple it wouldn't have been great. The heating radiator was on (probably a malfunction as the knob seemed to be set at zero) and being a hot summer day it made the room unbearably warm. I had to ask reception to sort it out. Which they did.

Good value for money, very close to train station.

Good location, fair amount of parking, 2 restaurants on site. Very friendly lady member of staff at reception.

Hotel not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues. The rooms were very spread out with lots or corridors and stairs no lift. Accommodation is clean and tidy but a bit tired. On arrival parking got me worried as it says pay and display but it’s free if you have pre booked at hotel or restaurants. It’s very close to the train line and my room was close the the extraction vent for the restaurant kitchen which meant noise until it closed.
