Cannot fault anything. The only thing but not to complain... Room had Nespresso machine (big unexpected plus) but only had two pods. But nothing that will affect 10 out of 10 rating.

Great location and nice place to stay

Very small room..

The client relations team is off the charts. Both Davide and Francescia went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. I stayed in “the Giulia” and it was the best. The rooftop patio and jacuzzi was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise. The breakfast was a big surprise and was a lot of food. I left my passport in the safe and david brought it to the train station for me.

Het ontbijt is super uitgebreid (met ei en spek, pannenkoeken,...), atypisch Italiaans dus. We kregen dit aangeboden nadat we reclameerden over het adres en de kleinte van de kamer. Een geste dus van de gastheer.

Piepkleine kamer (15m2) om nooit meer te herhalen. We hebben fout geboekt. Dit is gewoon te klein. We kunnen onze rugzak niet neerleggen... Een valies zou evenmin kunnen neergelegd worden. Wel proper en kwalitatief goed meubilair. Adres is een ander dan hetgeen je boekt, wat je het gevoel geeft in de luren gelegd te worden. Voor wie niet veel ruimte nodig heeft, is dit ok. Een extra deken ontbrak (het was fris 'snachts; bij gebrek daaraan, heb ik dan maar m'n handdoek als deken gebruikt, wat nog onvoldoende was...). Duur voor wat je krijgt (klein kamertje), maar in Polignano is alles duur, vergeleken met 15km verderop... Slachtoffer van eigen succes. Veel nachtlawaai en het was dan nog buiten seizoen (okt). Wat moet dat in de zomer zijn?!
